Worst situations can be better for us.

Worst situations can be better for us.
Change usually comes AFTER things get too bad to stay the same.

If something is really bad, we change it.
If something is kind of bad, we tolerate it.

So... worst can be better.

It's called the Region-beta Paradox.

A simple analogy:
A 120 minute commute forces change.
Relocate, switch jobs, restructure life.

A 60 minute commute sticks around for years (or decades).
Tolerable. Manageable. Quietly stealing hours every day.

We don't enjoy reaching our breaking point.
But the break leads to meaningful change.

The most dangerous situations aren't the worst ones.
They're the ones we can live with (because we usually will).
