Ai doesn't write great emails.
Ai doesn't write great emails.
It's capable of email greatness but it's missing a key ingredient:
our personal definition of "great email."
• Short and direct?
• Warm and conversational?
• Professional?
• Playful?
Preferences drive our standards but we rarely communicate them. Intead, we take the "I know it when I see it" approach... then get disappointed when what we receive misses the mark.
Expectation minus communication equals frustration.
It applies to ai. It also applies to coworkers, customers, and people closest to us.
If we want better results, we've gotta clarify what we mean by "better."
