Our heart is a muscle.

Our heart is a muscle.
We use it every second of every day.
But that doesn't mean its strong or healthy.

Constant use isn't the same as intentional training.

Our minds are similar.
We spend most of our lives in our own heads. But time spent thinking doesn't automatically make us better thinkers. Familiarity numbs our awareness.

We get used to our thoughts, our assumptions, our reactions... and stop questioning what feels normal.

Self-awareness takes practice.
- Pausing before reacting.
- Questioning familiar assumptions.
- Listening without preparing a response.
- Making room to change our minds.

Access isn't enough to improve.
That takes a workout.
