"I am not even close to all I can be."
"I am not even close to all I can be."
I read this line today from Rachelle Kuramoto, after her recent accomplishment running a personal best the Boston Marathon.
"I am not even close to all I can be."
She is right, but not because she isn't trying.
We think the gap is here:
between where we are and what we believe we’re capable of.
But the real gap is larger and harder to see:
between what we believe… and what’s actually possible for us.
The only way to close the gap... step!
Step toward the edge.
Better yet, run.
Like a horizon, as we move... it expands with us.
