If you're not familiar with EOS - Entrepreneurial Operating System IDS Framework, you're missing out.

The idea is simple:
We're too quick to jump into solution-mode, often skipping the root cause.

Not all solutions are created equal.
Worst of all, some "solutions" cause more problems than they resolve.

IDS has an order:
1. Identify the real problem.
Not the symptoms, the root cause.

2. Discuss it openly.
Until there is alignment (or, at least, understanding)

3. Only then, solve it.
Or assign someone to own it's solution.

In the moment, it feels slower.
But over time, a team that solves the right problems will run circles around one that moves fast on the wrong ones.
