Jeremy Seick planned a 40-mile run for his 40th birthday.

The weather had other ideas.

5am.
Pouring rain.
Storm advisory.
Flash floods.

I was ready for a raincheck.

Jeremy’s reply:
“Heading out in two minutes.”

And off he went, and had a big day!
