Recovery is part of performance.

Recovery is part of performance.
• Relax
• Unplug
• Sleep

I learned this from endurance training.

Most people get the balance wrong:
1. We push too hard in the normal state
2. We don't dial back enough during rest
3. We don't push hard enough when it actually matters

Same pattern shows up at work:
1. Most days are too crammed
2. We stay half-connected, even when we're "off"
3. We avoid real sprints when the moment calls for it

We live in a blurred, in-between state.

The result: everything becomes medium effort.
Always on. Never fully off. Never fully on.

That’s the problem.

Peak performance isn’t about constant output.
It come from greater contrast.

First in how we work.
Then in our results.
