The future of work looks a lot like the history of work: Delegation

The future of work looks a lot like the history of work: Delegation

Opportunities to delegate have been with us for decades:
1. systematization
2. automations
3. virtual assistants
4. offshoring

The list keeps growing, but most people weren't using the tools we already had.

Yes, everything is now faster, cheaper, and more accessible.
But those were never the real constraints.

The actual blockers remain the same:
Trust, control, and significance.

Trust: Will it be done right?
Control: Who's actually in charge?
Significance: If I'm not doing it, what does that say about me?

For most people, the barriers to delegation were never technological.
They were, and still are, human.
