We chronically underutilize the tools we already have.

We chronically underutilize the tools we already have.

For example: cheap, high quality, around-the-clock labor.
We unlocked this more than a decade ago through offshoring.
How many of us actually took advantage of it?

We carry supercomputers in our pockets.
How often is it used for more than messaging and scrolling through snapshots of other people’s lives?

We can connect with almost anyone on earth, in seconds.
Yet millions of productive hours are lost (daily) sitting in traffic, commuting to meetings that could have happened online.

The limiting factor is rarely access to technology.
It’s adoption.
Behavior change.
Imagination.

The biggest gains aren't felt by those with access. That's not enough. The gains belong to the people who actually use it.

Our greatest constrained is our own willingness to change.
