Ouroboros.
Ouroboros.
You know, the illustration of the snake eating its own tail.
It's called ouroboros.
A symbol of cycles.
Patterns that repeat.
For hundreds of years, we moved away from the trades.
Manual work was something to escape.
The goal was clear: less labor, more leverage.
So, we built a digital world.
- Meta and Tiktok for entertainment
- Amazon for buying.
- Email, Zoom, and Facetime for communication.
Now, we're drenched in convenience.
Everything is within reach.
One swipe. One click. Always on.
So now we feel a pull in the other direction.
What do we crave?
Real world experiences.
- pottery classes
- gardening
- foral decorating
- woodworking
- painting
Not for survival.
For leisure.
We extracted the effort from work.
Now we miss it.
Our hands.
The friction.
The process.
So, we start adding it back.
And just like that, the snake starts to close it's mouth around its tail.
