Technology can be a force multiplier for good.

Technology can be a force multiplier for good.
But we're limited by our understanding.

Two kinds of understanding matter:
1. Understanding what technology can do.
2. Understanding the problems people actually face.

Hang with me for a minute. I'm about to get nerdy.
Think about the "suit up scenes" from the Iron Man movies.

Tony Stark invented a supersuit. Incredible technology, but not need in regular life. It was too bulky. Too flashy. Too impractical.

Access at the right moments became an essential problem.

First, the suit was assembled piece by piece inside his workshop.
Then a briefcase became the right form factor, taking it on the road.
Later, he could summon it when out of reach.
Eventually, it became hidden in plain sight. Always on.

Every version reflected a deeper understanding of the problem.
Every improvement came with new tradeoffs and challenges.

Now, back to reality. So what?

SupportNow is building a supersuit.
Not for me or our team. For families experiencing major life events.

No one workflow fits every family.
We're building a system that adapts to them... around them.

A family navigating a cancer diagnosis has different needs than one recovering from a natural disaster.

Parents with a child in the NICU need something different than someone organizing support after the loss of a loved one.

There is not one perfect tool. Families need a system that surrounds them with the right support at the right moment.

The best supersuits eventually disappear. Not because they're gone, but because they become an extension of the person wearing them.

Always on.
Hidden in plain sight.
Ready for action.
