The goal was to solve problems.

The leverage in knowledge work comes from deciding which problems are worth solving.

• What deserves effort?
• What creates real value?
• What actually moves the needle?
• What tradeoffs can we live with?

Judgment, not code, is the scarce resource.

It always has been.
But now, with so much noise, it matters more.
